Inspection service (chargeable)

The customer service personnel of Ligao Power Supply will provide inspection services according to the service contract, maintain and repair the sold UPS, and solve problems on site.

Inspection service (free of charge)

UPS power supply models above 20KVA (excluding) are provided with a free on-site inspection service within the last six months of the standard warranty period in mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan).

Other services (chargeable)

Including related product installation and maintenance training, machine cutover, battery replacement and installation, software and hardware upgrades, battery monitoring and other services.

12V battery: warranty for 38AH and above for three years, warranty for 38AH and below for two years (one year from the manufacturer and one year as a gift)

2V battery: three-year warranty

Maintenance of computer room air conditioning

The original factory warranty for air conditioning is 2 years, and for projects above 20KW, a uniform warranty of 2 years is provided upon project registration and establishmen
